Back at work Monday, I was elbow-deep in figures and emails and reports, but all I could think about was Brett and his proposition. Did I really want to sleep with his friend while he watched? I could feel my panties dampen at the thought.

I couldn’t help but smile and shake my head. Who was this girl? What had Brett turned me into?

“Elizabeth, got a sec?” My boss stood in the doorway. “Sure, Dave, what’s up?”

He sat in the chair in front of my desk and took a sip of his coffee. “Well, as you know, we just acquired another company. So, I am going to need you to step it up and help out as we start the merger.”

Step it up? I already put in sixty hours a week for this man. “Dave, I’m already pretty busy. I’m not sure I can take more on my plate.”

“Well, we really need you to. There are going to be a lot of changes coming up and we need everyone to be flexible.” Was he threatening my job?

I put my pen down. “Unless you take away some of my current responsibilities, I just don’t think I can handle more.” I was really tired of him walking all over me.

He stood up with a sigh. “Ok, Elizabeth. We will have to talk more later.”

He sauntered out of my office, and it took all I had to not throw my pen at him. There was no way I was going to give into him this time.

It was quitting time. Definitely time to get out of here. I decided to check with Brett to see what he was up to.

Hey babe, what ya doin’?

At the shop. Should be done soon.

I suddenly had an idea. Brett had been harassing me to let him tattoo me. Maybe I should let him. Stay there. Be over in 20.

K, gorgeous. See ya then.

I grabbed my purse and headed out the door.

I loved to visit Brett at his tattoo shop. He was so talented and proud of his shop. It was incredibly sexy to see him at work.

I parked my car in the back and slipped in the back door. I found him sitting in his office. Standing in the doorway, I watched him for a bit. He had a look of concentration on his face, and I couldn’t help but smile. Sometimes I was totally amazed that this tattooed hunk of a man was mine.

“Hey you,” I said, finally breaking the silence.

His face broke out into a huge grin when he saw me. “Hey there, gorgeous.” I smiled. It never got old hearing him call me that. He stood up immediately, coming to me, pulling me tight against him for a kiss. He gripped my hips as he attacked me with his lips.

I was breathless as our kiss ended. “Wow. What a greeting.”

He nuzzled my neck with his lips. “Mmmm...I missed you today.”

I closed my eyes and leaned my head back, giving better access to the sensitive spot on my neck.
